2 hours, hands-on small group machine sewing class.
Beginner level: must have a portable sewing machine that you can bring to class, along with your power cord/pedal and an empty bobbin or two.
In this class you will learn the basics of your sewing machine: how to thread it, wind + load bobbins, change the needle, change settings + parts, and begin sewing. Recommended tools will be covered as well. We will practice sewing on various settings so you feel more confident using your machine.
Our studio is located in the Church Hill neighborhood of Richmond, VA.
