In this 2-hour, hand sewing class, you will learn how to use reverse appliqué techniques to reimagine thrifted sweatshirts. This class is great for anyone who wants to learn how to improve their thrifted clothes to make one of a kind pieces for their collection. Please bring a sweatshirt, hoodie, or sweatpants you want to upgrade.
This class is for people ages 12+. If you are looking for a class for someone younger than 12, please see our 1:1 lessons.
Students must have basic experience hand sewing take this class. If you can sew a line, you can take this class!.
The Top Stitch Studio is located at 203 Hull St, Suite C in Manchester. There is typically street parking within a block or two and a small shared parking lot located at the very corner of Hull St. and Brander St. with a few spaces. Please do not park in the larger lot behind the building as it requires a permit and you could be towed.
This class needs at least 2 people to run so sign up with a friend or share on social media to help spread the word. If the class doesn’t reach its minimum capacity, we will notify you 2 days in advance and issue a refund for your payment. Invite your friends through our Facebook event!
